This Tutorial was made by me and my own imagination..
I used the wonderful art of PinupToons
Which you can purchase at CILM
The beautiful mask that I used from Vix PSP
(The first mask in post)
I used the awesome kit from Creative Intentionz

Open new transparent image 600 x 600
Open paper 9
Right click Copy
Paste as new layer
Layer >Load/Save Mask
Select Vix Mask 362
Go to layers pallet and right click and merge group
Open up Frame 2
Right click copy
Paste as new layer
Resize as necessary
Open paper 1
Select the layer below Frame 2
Paste as new layer
Click on the Frame 2 layer
Using the Magic Wand click inside both squares
Selections>Modify>Expand
Number of pixels=4
Selections>Invert
Click on the layer with Paper 1
Hit Delete
Selections>Select None
Open your tube of choice
Copy and Paste as New Layer under your frame layer
Position as you would like under the left opening
Click on the frame layer
Using your magic wand click in the left opening of the frame
Selections>Modify>Expand
Number of Pixels = 4
Selections>Invert
Click on tube layer hit delete
Go to the layers pallet and right click on your tube layer hit duplicate
Click on the original tube layer
Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur
Radius = 3.00
Erase around the edges of the image if you see any at the sides or at bottom
Then change the blend to Luminance Legacy by clicking where it says Normal a drop down menu should appear
Click on copy of tube layer
Change blend to Overlay
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow
Erase around edges if any shadow appears where not wanted
Open tube of choice
Copy and paste as new layer
Resize and arrange as desired on right side under frame
Delete excess tube outside of frame
Change blend to Luminance
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow
Click on the layer below both tubes
Open up Dangler
Copy and Paste as new layer
Resize and arrange as desired and erase excess outside of frame
Open up tube of choice Copy and Paste as new layer
Resize and arrange as desired
From this point I opened up the following elements:
Cafe Cup
Chocolate Plate
Gift Box 1 & 2
Truffle 2 & 3
Word Art 1 & 3 & 4
Dragon Fly 2
You may use these elements or your elements of choice..
Copy and Paste
Resize as you desire
Around the word art i used Eye Candy 3 Glow
Then you add your name you would like to put on the tag
I used the font Pablo.
Then you add your copyright information to your tag
Save..
Presto!! You are now done!!!
